ผู้มีสิทธิ์ขอทำบัตรประจำตัวประชาชน

1. คนไทยที่มีบัตรประจำตัวประชาชน แต่บัตรหมดอายุ หาย ถูกทำลาย ชำรุด (ในสาระสำคัญในส่วนของรูปถ่าย หรือรายการบุคคลเจ้าของบัตร หรือวัสดุเคลือบบัตรป้องกันการปลอมแปลง) หรือแก้ไขชื่อตัว ชื่อสกุล ในทะเบียนบ้าน หรือย้ายที่อยู่

2. คนไทยที่ไม่เป็นบุคคลที่มีรายชื่ออยู่ในทะเบียนบ้านกลาง

3. สำหรับกรณีคนไทยที่ยังไม่เคยยื่นคำขอมีบัตร ไม่สามารถยื่นขอทำบัตรในต่างแดนได้

Documents qualified for legalization:
The Royal Thai Consulate-General is authorized to legalize documents bearing the signature and seal of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand or Department of Foreign Affairs, Ho Chi Minh City.

Documents to be submitted :

1. Original documents to be legalized;

2. A copy of the original documents;

3. A copy of the applicant’s passport or ID. card;

4. If the documents are not submitted by the owner, a power of attorney and copy of the owner's ID. card/passport are to be submitted along with the documents.

Fees:
The fee is 15 USD per stamp which must be paid in cash (payable in USD only)

Processing time:
Two working days

Working hours: 9.00 - 11.30 and 13.30- 15.00
